Mini clean
Our basic and most affordable clean that covers the essentials. You can let us know your priorities and we’ll do as much as we can in the time allotted.
Tasks include (depending on size of home):
• Vacuum and clean were necessary throughout your property.• General dust of all exposed surfaces• Removal of cobwebs• Wipe clean kitchen surfaces• Clean bathroom surfaces, shower screens, toilets, shine taps
Medium clean
Provides extra time to allow for bigger jobs and a more thorough clean.
Tasks include (depending on size of home):
• Everything in mini clean +
• All skirting boards, kitchen cupboard fronts, light switches and sockets
• Moving furniture, where possible to clean underneath and behind.
• More time for other tasks you’d like to prioritise.
Large clean
Our most comprehensive clean. Ideal for larger jobs or the most thorough cleans.
Tasks include (depending on size of home):
Everything in mini and midi +Insides of external windows, kitchen cupboards, fridge, dishwasher
End of tenancy cleaning
More service time to tackle what’s generally needed for an end of tenancy, “moving out clean”, or deep clean.
As landlords’ requirements often differ, we ask that you let us know of any specific requirements there might be so that we can provide you with an accurate assessment of time needed.
